Buzz’s Boards, Vail’s original ski and snowboard shop, is looking for passionate and hardworking team members to join us for the season (and year-round opportunities). Whether you’re on the retail floor, helping customers with rentals, or in the back shop tuning skis and boards, you’ll be part of a fun, energetic crew that lives and breathes mountain life.

We’re hiring for multiple positions, including:

  • Rental Technician – Help guests get fitted with the right skis and snowboards
  • Ski & Snowboard Tuner – Keep equipment in top shape with waxing, edging, and all other repairs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly, outgoing personalities with great customer service skills
  • Passion for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain culture
  • Reliable team players who can handle a fast-paced shop environment
  • Experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right people
